Chief of Operations - MIB

The Chief of Operations manages recruitment efforts including recommendations, application review and interviewing. He or she also reviews MIB members to ensure that they fulfill their duties and is expected to take necessary action against those who do not fulfill their duties.
Additional responsibilities include:

  • Keeps a public record of members' weekly schedules
  • Takes attendance and minutes at weekly meetings
  • Manages MIB financial spending
  • Writes and sends financial requests to the ISBE Executive Board
